Transparent amber, UV through high-performance, transparent regulatory density ≥
4.2D, transmittance ≤ 0.13D (with X-Rite339)
DPC-HCP (Matte)
Single matte designed to achieve good vacuum effect, image contrast,
anti-flux performance.
DPC-HRP (glossy)
Clear, image contrast, anti-flux performance.
Operation process:
1 standing: all film before exposure requirements stored in a good operating environment for at least
two hours (Note ultraviolet or chemical gas impact).
(2) Exposure: the original negatives (black pieces) with Densotrans film emulsion posts placed inside
the vacuum complex machine. Such as: 3KW exposure machine from 80cm (30'')
In strong UV light exposure time of 40 seconds, the exposure scale of 1 grid above clear.
3 Developing: Densotrans is a concentration of 25% ammonia water development, the development
does not produce excesses. Repeat twice ammonia machine, is the best and safest developing method.
4 standing: to achieve very high accuracy, the exposure and development process, it should stand in a
good operating conditions for 1 hour.
5 Storage: unexposed film kept in the dark or yellow light, the room temperature at 18-22 ℃, humidity
of 45-55% in the environment. Back to the retention period of high temperature and humidity effects.
